The Recent Life of Max Michael Miller

Max was born and raised in NYC. In 2014, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a BFA in Acting. While attending Syracuse, he spent 6 months studying at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London, England. Less than a year after graduation, Max concluded Long Wharf Theatre's Production of Bad Jews, directed by Oliver Butler, which broke box office records and received rave reviews. You can read The New York Times' review here. Since then, he has been in numerous stage productions including: Honky-Tonk Highway (Shadowland Theatre), Assassins (HMTC).

Max went to SXSW 2017 with one of his bands, Layne Montgomery Paper Company. Afterwards, he launched his solo project at the legendary JOE’S PUB and since then has played numerous venues including Rockwood Musichall, The Bitter End, Bowery Electric, and Pianos NYC. During the Lockdown of 2020, Max honed his Mixing & Mastering skills and now does it professionally from home for musicians around the world. Currently, Max is out there auditioning looking for the next big thing. In his spare time he goes to the gym, plays guitar and sings with his friends, and, of course, reads comic books every damn day.
